A Nintendo Switch wall-mounting bracket designed specifically for campervans, caravans, RVs, boats and other automotive or mobile environments that require the dock and console to be secured while moving.
Inspired by my own experience trying to mount a Nintendo Switch system to the interior of a very bumpy campervan, I've designed this bracket from the ground up to be as low-profile, secure, and easy to mount as possible.
Modelled specifically around the geometry of the original Nintendo Switch charging dock, this wall-mounting bracket uses a unique combination of bungee cords to individually pull both the dock and switch into the bracket in a way that actively protects them both against long periods of vibration and shock common to many vehicles.
The bracket's low-profile allows for maximum ventilation of both the dock and the console especially where it can get hot in automotive environments.
The bungee cords actually improve upon the design of the original dock by holding the switch body in place and allowing the removal of the joy-cons easily with one hand. This makes it ideal for use in more static domestic applications too, such as for use in bedrooms or living-rooms.
Includes a matrix of holes that accommodate many common screw types including #6 & #8 self-tapping screws, as well as M3 & M4 machine screws and nuts.
The mounting hole matrix is 45mm x 45mm wide and can be accessed with a screwdriver through the central cut-out in the front of the bracket.
Professionally laser-cut and machine-folded in cold-rolled steel.
Finished in hard-wearing matte-black power coating.
Package includes the Switch mounting bracket and bungee cords, does not include the Nintendo Switch console or charging dock.
